Q. May I travel with pets?
A. No. Pets are strictly prohibited. Travelers who violate this policy are subject to additional housekeeping fees and heavy penalties. Violators of this policy may be prohibited or may have limited use of future TAN travel benefits.
Q. Are there smoking units available?
A. All units are non-smoking. We suggests smokers request units with patios or balconies. Please be aware if a strong smoke odor is noticeable upon departure, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
Q. Is maid service available?
A. Housekeeping is performed prior to check-in and after your departure. There are no maid services provided during the vacation week, although some resorts may offer mid-week cleaning and linen exchange for an additional charge. Laundry facilities are usually available either in the condo or on the property.
Q. May I check in earlier than 4 p.m.?
A. To allow time for the condo to be properly prepared, you may not check in prior to 4 p.m. If you arrive early, you may inquire about the readiness of the unit at the front desk/office. If your confirmation instructions indicate check-in is directly at the unit, the keys will be in the lock-box
by 4 p.m. but not before.
Q. What amenities come standard in my condo?
A. While condo amenities may vary, most include standard kitchen house wares, such as a coffee maker, and all items necessary for basic meal preparation. Most units will also include a TV and VCR or DVD player. Hairdryers are not a standard amenity. Your Vacation Coordinator/Reservationist will describe the specific amenities available in TAN’s units during the booking process.
Q. May I request a specific check-in day?
A. Most properties offer Saturday check-in only; however, some properties have Friday or Sunday check-in dates. If a property indicates only one check-in day of the week, it cannot be changed to another day. If a property offers multiple check-in days, you may request available days when speaking to your Vacation Coordinator/Reservationist.
